An invitation opens the door. Approval earns the seat.

How membership is considered

There is no fast track. The process is designed to protect those already inside — and those being considered.

Invitation
招待
A member chooses to place their name behind someone. Nothing begins without that.
Memberが、自分の名前を賭けて誰かを推す。ここから以外に、入口はありません。

Petition
申請
The invited person writes about their work, their principles, what they can give and what they are looking for.
招待された人が、自らの仕事・原則・差し出せるもの・求めているものを記します。

Sponsorship
推薦
Two members must be willing to stand behind the petition. A recommendation carries their name.
2名のMemberが推薦に立つ必要があります。推薦は、その人の信用を預ける行為です。

Conversation
対話
Several conversations, not an interview panel. This is not a pitch.
複数回の対話があります。プレゼンテーションの場ではありません。

Consent
意思確認
Existing members are asked whether they are willing to share this Guild with this person.
既存Memberに、このGuildをその人と分かち合う意思があるかを確認します。

Decision
決定
Approved, held for further consideration, or not approved. Timelines differ by person.
承認・継続検討・不承認のいずれか。審査期間は人によって異なります。

Sponsorship

A recommendation
carries your name.

TPGでは、推薦したMemberが推薦に責任を持ちます。自分が推した人物の仕事と人となりを、合理的な範囲で知っていること。そして、Membershipを保証していないことを本人に伝えていること。

この仕組みがあるために、推薦は簡単には行われません。それが、この部屋の質を決めています。

Review

Membershipは、取得して終わるものではありません。定期的なReviewの対象であり、会費の支払いのみで継続が保証される仕組みにはなっていません。

これは会員を不安にさせるための制度ではなく、すでに信用を預けている人たちを守るための制度です。
